The mainstream type on the market is PVC vacuum thermoforming paintless doors (using solid wood composite / molded base material, covered with PVC, WPC decorative film, and formed through vacuum high-temperature thermoforming). There are also types such as melamine coating and other processing methods. The door frame usually also comes with the same material coating, and installation mostly adopts nailless glue assembly, making the construction quick.

Painted wooden doors are made with solid wood or solid wood composite as the base material, and their surfaces are coated with multiple layers of paint through professional processes such as sanding, primer and topcoat. They are the mainstream category of high-end wooden doors in home decoration. They differ from non-painted doors (PVC film, melamine finish), eco-door, etc. The base material classification includes: the first type is pure solid wood painted door: processed from a whole piece of solid wood, suitable for high-end decoration that pursues natural texture; the second type is solid wood composite painted door: solid wood frame + density board / multi-layer board filling, with high cost performance and stronger stability, and it is the mainstream in the market.
